At FaceYoga Pilates, my mission is to keep your face and body both youthful. I’m not anti-aging, I just want to age well. I want to be strong, happy, beautiful, mobile, healthy and lively as I age and I want to help you do the same. The entire body is interconnected physically, muscularly, emotionally and energetically. Through FaceYoga, Pilates, Gua Sha, and more, I want to help you maintain that youthful edge on life!

The main goal is just to get moving! So if you’d like to just jump into the FaceYoga or Pilates subscriptions, feel free! You are even able to use filters to find beginner classes! I recommend to start with the Daily FaceYoga Series for the Face, and the Return to Life series for the body!
FaceYoga: The Introductory FaceYoga Program is definitely the best place to start. This is a 5 week program geared towards educating you on the face, aging, wrinkles, Chinese Medicine and face mapping, while it strategically wakes up your face. As a beginner repetition is key to wake up all the atrophied muscles in your face! You will notice a more lifted and relaxed face and even learn how to bring volume back to the muscles. Just don’t forget your “Before” picture so you can remember where you started and see what else you notice!
Pilates: If you are a beginner without much fitness experience, follow the Introductory Pilates series (included in the Pilates subscription). This really breaks things down for you so you can feel confident and comfortable in the exercises and know what is right for your body.
