At FaceYoga Pilates, my mission is to keep your face and body both youthful. I’m not anti-aging, I just want to age well. I want to be strong, happy, beautiful, mobile, healthy and lively as I age and I want to help you do the same. The entire body is interconnected physically, muscularly, emotionally and energetically. Through FaceYoga, Pilates, Gua Sha, and more, I want to help you maintain that youthful edge on life!

My name is Morgan Browning!

I’m so happy to have you here! I’m a senior instructor with Power Pilates and have been teaching Classical Pilates for 12 years. I owned a boutique Pilates studio for 10 years. I’ve been a face yogi for 3 years, and am a certified GlowinFace Face Yoga instructor! Welcome to my virtual studio!

I have a passion for movement, and not just any movement… I have a passion for proper movement, good posture, and resistance based exercises that both strengthen and stretch even the deepest muscles. Movement heals. The more I learn about the body and work with clients, the more I so deeply believe this. I feel so fortunate to have found both Classical Pilates and FaceYoga so early and can, not only improve my own health through movement, but help others do the same!

    All new FaceYogis start here! This course is the tried and true Glowinface method and specifically targets your face in a way that wakes up muscles in the right order. Each week you will progress and wake up new muscles, starting with the larger muscle groups and working toward the smaller, more delicate muscles. By the end, you will wake up atrophied muscles, release tension, and tone all 57 muscles in your face and neck!

    Subscribe to a library full of 5-30 minute FaceYoga videos! This includes the weekly live class recordings, as well as short and sweet prerecorded workouts that fit easily into your day!

    Drop into a live FaceYoga classes with Morgan! Classes available weekly! Class themes rotate and learn more about combinations, cardio reps and Chinese Medicine!

    Individual privates are available! You can also privately schedule classes with your friends or family! Privates are a great way to get that personalized feedback!

I have been teaching Pilates for over a decade! I have taught a middle schooler who wanted to improve her Basketball game, I’ve taught a Crossfitter who then gave up Crossfit and bought his own reformer, I’ve taught postnatal, pre-surgery, post-surgery, through chemotherapy, through chronic illness, and I’ve even taught a chair class in a nursing home! My youngest client was 15, my oldest client was 93. I love how it truly can be for any body and any goal.

I’ve had 4 kids, one was a c-section, and I’ve never been stronger! It doesn’t matter if you are in shape or just getting started, Pilates can be for you!

    The Pilates subscription is full of classical Pilates mat classes. There are classes for each level, and they have a variety of focuses. A new class is added weekly!

  • Privates

    Take a private Pilates session with Morgan. Morgan is a senior Power Pilates instructor and trained in all the classical equipment. Keep the private to the mat or expand beyond to any equipment that you have available!

FAQ’s:

  • The main goal is just to get moving! So if you’d like to just jump into the FaceYoga or Pilates subscriptions, feel free! You are even able to use filters to find beginner classes! I recommend to start with the Daily FaceYoga Series for the Face, and the Return to Life series for the body!

    FaceYoga: The Introductory FaceYoga Program is definitely the best place to start. This is a 5 week program geared towards educating you on the face, aging, wrinkles, Chinese Medicine and face mapping, while it strategically wakes up your face. As a beginner repetition is key to wake up all the atrophied muscles in your face! You will notice a more lifted and relaxed face and even learn how to bring volume back to the muscles. Just don’t forget your “Before” picture so you can remember where you started and see what else you notice!

    Pilates: If you are a beginner without much fitness experience, follow the Introductory Pilates series (included in the Pilates subscription). This really breaks things down for you so you can feel confident and comfortable in the exercises and know what is right for your body.
